Welcome to Reel Factory. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Reel Factory provides reel editing, content creation, scripting, video production, festival creatives, and related creative media services based on the selected package.

Minimum Commitment

All packages require the minimum monthly commitment specified under the selected plan.

Payment Terms
  • 100% advance payment is required before work begins
  • Packages are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise
  • Work starts only after payment confirmation
Revisions Policy
  • Maximum 1 minor revision per reel
  • Major changes or extra revisions will be charged separately
Content Approval

Scripts and concepts will be shared for approval. Delays from the client may affect timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete and timely information/material. For Edit Only plans, high-quality raw footage must be provided.

Raw Footage Disclaimer

Reel Factory is not responsible for poor output due to low-quality footage provided by the client.

Shoot Terms
  • Shoots are included only in applicable packages
  • Location must be within city limits unless agreed
  • Extra charges apply for travel, props, studio, models, or equipment
Turnaround Time

Standard delivery is 1–2 working days per reel, depending on approvals and content availability.

Social Media Management

Posting, engagement, ads, captions, hashtags, and account handling are not included unless agreed separately.

Validity of Deliverables

All deliverables must be used within the billing month. Unused items will not be carried forward.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • All payments are non-refundable
  • No refund for unused or pending reels after discontinuation
Intellectual Property

Final deliverables belong to the client only after full payment. Reel Factory may showcase work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Reel Factory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
